to a local reputable developer specializing in mixed-use
developments.
Located in Sydney’s central-southern area and designed by a
renowned architect – SJB, the portfolio includes two boutique
office properties and one residential development, all located
within 5km south of Sydney’s CBD.
Both office properties were fully leased at the time of funding
while the residential development was more than 25% completed.
Phoenix structured a short-term refinancing solution for existing
loans for the developer.
The investment was fully repaid on time.
